Entirely possible, it has been years since I replaced mine. You could
also trim some metal off the drum if need be. I only had the problem
with the 60's and it was only eating a couple of the spokes.

If memory serves me right Dayton can make wheels with offset middle hubs
to
accommodate brake drums. You need to request these in advance.
