(I totally agree! Most of my Marque mags come torn and tattered. I  have 
complained to my delegate of the Club and others at AHCA but have  gotten 
nowhere.

FWIW have you ever thought about complaining to your postman,  postmaster, 
etc.
My magazines usually all arrive intact but occasionally they are a little  
damp from the perspiration on the delivery persons hands.
