If you are in contact with your delegate you are not getting sufficient 
information.  Your delegate should have told you the number of times the 
delegates have discussed this topic.  It has been voted down every time. 
There is no deaf ear.  If there were a deaf ear then the delegates would not 
have discussed this.  'To spend $6000.00 per year so that a couple of dozen 
people can get their magazines in proper form is an unfair expectation to 
the other thousands of members of the club' is the conclusion the delegates 
have reached every time this has come up.

If you think the magazines that are now polybagging are doing it out of the 
generosity of their hearts you are very mistaken.  You are paying for that 
polybagging.  You shouldn't have to pay for it.  The post office already 
receives a premium payment for service and they provide a very deficient 
service in return.
