Mayf.... we simply need to address the issue of Blue line with the SCTA.... 
the tech inspector was WRONG for making you do that.... it decreases the 
value of the line at the pinch point of the clamp....

So .... Dan... how can we accomplish this?  a Written letter to the Rules 
committee?
