This list has has a lot of msgs re the project of a member to replace a bad
piston in an MG TD. The last message indiccated that he was now going to
replace all four pistons.
I am an amature, but have rebuilt three MG TD enginrs with excellaent
results. I have kept my mouth shut up to now, but I have to put in my two
cents worth.
It is no big deal to pull the MG TD engine and reinstall it. I would
suggest he pull the engine, do a complete rebuild. If he doesent I am sure
he will be sorry !!!
