twist book

greetings, I'm fairly new to this list(a few weeks), have been mostly reading
other posts and glad i found a 12 step, self help group for mg owners.   can
someone inform me of e-mail address of,  or  how to acquire a copy of mgb
manual written by john twist.  any comments on the book would be appreciated.
 also, would someone explain abbreviations: SOL  and  LBC to me (im ignorant)
