Standard 170SR14 or 175SR14 tyres work just fine on a B, better if you don't
have wire wheels.
A company called Fulda (German tyre manufacturer) makes the original 165SR14
tyres, and it's a good tyre; I've run them on my B for several years now, and
found they're comparable to Firestones or Goodyears. Cost is around $43 a
tyre.
Other than German cars, I don't know of any car imported into the US that
used this size tyre; it's not surprising it's hard to find exact
replacements.
