Jay, Thanks for your help on this, will try to short these wires out 
after the car sits for a couple of days to see if the problem is the 
starter solenoid or the wire connections to the starter.Hope Chris can
solve his problem.Phil...eastern LI, New York.  67B & 80B - 69,998 & not 
holding anymore, and a daily driver again.
