You don't say exactly what your problem is.  It sounds like you are
getting slippage between the rear axle and the inner bearing race.
Sleeves are available from Chicago Rawhide, which has a Web Site.  I
don't recall the url, but you can do a search on the manufacturer's
name.  There are a number of "wonder" products now available to cure
such slippage.  They are mostly related to superglue, made by Loc-tite
and other vendors.  One of them is something called "liquid metal".
These can get rid of slop up to 0.010" or so, and are specifically
made for bearing pressures.  Check your bearing shop.
