Only two cracks? Not bad for a 75 manifold.

  (they all crack)

Personally, I would go for this idea if it was on the car
and they could weld it without taking it off the car. Since it's
already off, I wouldn't bother.

To me, the weld is a temporary fix, but if it means just driving
in, dropping a twenty, and driving for another year, that seems
like a decent idea. But since you've already got it off and
have to get new gaskets and possibly new hardware, as well as
your time, the total cost is going to be a lot more than $20 and
that's not worth it for a year.

You are not likely to find one that isn't cracked, and if
you do, it'll crack anyways.

  Same thing.

This would be my bet. Not really that expensive. My personal
1975 manifold only has one crack and it's not critical, so I
am just leaving it. But I will get a header when mine gets worse.
