Dear Digesters,

I have been doing business with Moss for years and never had a problem that
couldn't be solved quickly, easily and with good humor. Use the phone, not
the internet, and state your case. If the person on the phone is less than
helpful, say "Thank you" and hang up. Call back again on the main 805
number, instead of the 800 order line, explain your problem (not in too
much detail) and ask the Moss opperator for a sales supervisor. This
should do the trick. If not, say "Thanks" and call back again and ask for
someone up the line. Moss only employs reasonable people and they are not
rewarded for sticking you with wrong or ill fitting parts. If you act nice
they have no reason to give you a hard time. Remember, the guy on the phone
didnt make, pack or ship your order and is only doing a job. Be nice - you
wouldn't want people to call you up at work and yell at you about something
not in your control. See you on the Funway! - Rick Feibusch - Venice, CA
