If I am thinking of the correct part try using a slide hammer on
it. Use a screw in the front of the hammer as if you were pulling out a
dent. It will ruin the cup though. You might be able to reduce the bolt on
the end of the hammer to the size of the 1/4 " bolt but I doubt it.
