With all the talk about filters for extrenious mail, proper use of the
delete key, etc.
I have come up with a great way to cut out half of the non MG messages
that come in, 

 I just check the sender, and if it says "Trevor Boicey" I just delete or
skip over it.
  
 I tried it on the last batch of messages today (14) and in less than 20
seconds, it was down to 9
