Bill -

Alpha is phonetic for "A", too much time in the cockpit I guess. My
intention was to indicate "Alfa" as in the Italian four-wheeled job.
Thanks for catching my error. From this post on, in the spirit of
international relations, I promise to include at least one typo in each
post; should I be in generous mood, maybe more.

If a had a buck for every well-intentioned passer by...you get the idea.

I'm no expert on Italian autos, but I'm pretty sure that an Alfa is nothing
like a Fiat...at least if re-sale is an indicator. Not that I have
anything against the Italians or the Alfa, or the Fiat or Canadians or
homosexuals, goat herdspersons or the intellectually stunted.

Now if only I could DRIVE down the middle of the road.

I am humbly yours,
Jed Piper
76MGB (looks something like an Alpha - oops!)
