Yep, asking price was $750, paid $600. Drove it home. Basic, running car,
60M miles, had been ridden hard and put away wet. Front fenders were from
two other cars, but they fit. Compression was OK, clutch OK and lasted
another 60M miles (car had the ZS carb, so excess rear tire wear wasn't a
problem either)  I pulled off everything that didn't fall off, scrubbed,
used a little bondo and repainted.  Ran another ten years as daily driver
until, regretably, I sold it.  Smoothest trans I've ever felt in a B. Of
course, I had to buy tires, tonneau, top (for display purposes only, Art)
carpets, etc, but it was a good car for little money.
