If you are referring to wiring harness, a very acceptable substitute is
made by 3M and is readily available at any electrical supply house, &
some home centers. Look for Scotch 35 Blue Vinyl Ecectrical Tape 054007-
10836 3/4" x 66' (22 yds).
This is not a true harness tape as it is adhesive, but the color is
almost a perfect match, and it is very high quality tape. 3M makes this
tape in several other colors, as electricians use it to mark cable which
typically has a black sheath. White, red, & green, as well as black are
available.
