You may well need the other ancilliaries like the board at the back of the 
seat-back and webbing/diaphragm under the seat.  Also watch out for the seat 
foams, 
the ones on my 73 roadster are handed with a taper alongside the tunnel-side 
making 
the foam wider at the back than the front.
