Hi Everyone:
This response is for Robert Newell, I have had all attempts to contact
him returned!. Causes of 4th gear popping out:
• Worn springs/balls in the 3rd & 4th gear sliding hub.
• Worn springs/balls in the selector rod block.
• Worn selectors (forks).
In any event, it seems a gearbox rebuild is in the future.
