Jon,
    If there was oil in the drums, chances are you'll need new brake shoes
AND at least one new cylinder. Brake fluid turns the shoes into mush very
quickly, and then you'll be needing new drums soon after. Easier just to
order a set of two cylinders, four shoes, etc. and KNOW that your rear
brakes are not leaking and safe. Then you can go to work on the front! :)
    The headlamp ring pulls OUT from the bottom and then UP...no turning,
but it can be a bit of a fiddle to get the bottom pried out, I used an old
metal can opener, anything flat with a curve on one end and length for
leverage will work.
