It might not be the o-ring as much as the brass/plastic plug in the float
bowl...the plastic "fingers" (for lack of a better reference) in the plug can
loosen or even break over time...pull the float bowl cover, and check the play
in the plug...if you can turn it freely, or shift it in and out, it has the
possibility of leaking, even with a new o-ring...there is a later/after market
float bowl available, with out that plug in the bottom...that is the better
choice, as the plug in the "earlier" bowl was for adjusting the jet in other
ZS carbs...BL was too cheap to reengineer the damb thing...
