Brian,

Run away from this car!  You can get a much better rubber bumpered B for
$1000.  If I understand correctly, this car hasn't been run in 7 years?!
And it ran crappy then?!!  It's junk!  It's, at the most, a parts car,
and isn't worth more than a couple hundred.  Keep shopping.  There are
better deals out there.  Don't make your first project "mission
impossible" - especially not at that price!
