That's true, but I'm talking resale value.
True, doing a restoration of a B might cost you less than a new Miata. If I
was given $25k to spend on my MGB, you could bet that I'd spend it all, and
have a concours car.
It all depends on where you put the money.
As for the golf habit... heh, $5 at the driving range every few weeks...
well, I WISH my MG cost only that much!
