  For the in-depth reply from a provider's POV.  I've been able to see
the renegotiations/resends when doing downloads.  

  Must be real busy tonight.  Best initial speed has been 31.2K.  

  Regarding the firmware updates, Zoltrix and USR's boards have been
covered up lately.  LOt's of people doing DLs of the new v.90 drivers
for the hybrid boards.
