Let me toss in my $.02 here. During the years I worked in dealerships I had
a number of people come in and complain that their new car did not sit level.
All of these complaints were resolved with the following steps
1. Set air pressure in tires to spec.
2. Put car on alignment rack and level rack (alignment racks are absolutely
level.)
3. Make sure wheels are pointing straight ahead.
3. Measure car, where is not as important as in the same relative location
side to side.
When doing this cars that had been claimed to be 3/4" off were magically
healed to with in 1/16"
I submit that your garage floor is not level, no matter how it looks.
I would eyeball all four tires and make sure they are all the same size and
brand and then set air pressures.
Then I would take the car to a shop with an alignment rack and slip the guy a
fiver to put the car on the rack and level the rack so I could take a
measurement, or if your feeling wild and crazy whip out a $20 and get the
alignment checked.
If the car still is out more than you will accept, take it to a frame shop
and have it measured.
If it is still 3/4" low see if one of the fenders was leaded with about 200
Lbs of the stuff. :-)
