Rick,

First take the plugs out of the radiator...

I'm sorry.  Couldn't help it.  Had this mental picture of you spraying
starting fluid (whatever that is) in the radiator...I'm sure you meant
the carbs.  The burning question is...did it start and run okay before
you made these changes?
