Having just done some of this, maybe I can contribute.
All of the rocker switches are removed in two stages. First, the center
part (the actual switch mechanism) and then the bezel. The center part has
a pair of tabs, top and bottom, which must be squeezed from behind the dash
while pushing forward to extract the center part thru the bezel. Then
disconnect the wires.
The bezels are held in by two different methods. The simpler ones,
including the heater fan switch bezel, have four tabs, two on each side,
which must be squeezed from behind the dash while pushing forward to extract
the bezel from the dash. It is sometimes possible to squeeze either both
tabs on one side or both at one end and rock the bezel out. The headlight
bezel, and maybe some others, is held in by a wire clip. Once the center
switch mechanism is removed from the bezel, the wire clip can be seen in the
sides of the bezel. With a small screwdriver, pry the clip toward the
center, this will release the bezel, leaving the clip behind the dash.
