Answering some questions:
a. Carbs are side drafts front to rear.
b. Fuel pump is mechanical.
c. Yes, I pulled the smog stuff to see if it was causing the problem. (No,
it was not.)
d. Yes, I replaced the soft hoses.
e. I have two fuel filters, one before and after the fuel pump.
Asking new question based on response:

I don't know if it has a servo, what is it and what does it do?
