Just a thought... Have you checked to see if the bolts and bracket that 
secure the radiator are tightened?

Just happened to me.  I got a 'squeel' (but I would have to say a 'sweak' 
since it was repetitive - very annoying) during idle and thought it was the 
fan belt.  It was loose and I replaced it, but it was NOT the source of the 
sound.  Jiggling the support of the radiator created the noise.  Upon close 
inspection, I notice that the nut was long gone on the bracket on the 
radiator side.  The bracket was scraping against the bolt creating the 
noise!

Might be the same for you...
