Hi Andrew,

  I heartily recommend the procedure found on the website below.  I used
it to set mine up when I serviced the front bearings.  It really helps
to have a bunch of shims of various sizes on hand.  It's tedious,
especially with wire wheels but it's worth it in knowing it was done
right.
