Do you remember when there were only two colors and the lights were set
up to use only two bulbs inside the fixture, with an amber bulb hung
underneath? It was simple enough, but red/green colorblind could not
tell if the light he was seeing on top was red or green. Now that there
are three lens per side, position of the light indicates its meaning too.
