3)  Nothing like having a tall 4WD or SUV pull up behind you
at night and follow for miles.  You can't see a thing with
those headlight shining right into the back window.  There
also should be a regulation on how high lights can be so a
following vehicle's won't shine right through the back
window and light up the inside of the car like daylight.
