Personally, I think Kansas City's winters are fairly mild, certainly 
more so than the ones I remember growing up in Indiana. I'm going to 
drive my B whenever the roads aren't salted.
That said, KC does seem to have  predisposition towards ice storms. 
Don't know what that's all about.
