Thanks to Denise, Kelvin, David, Paul, Martin, and yourself for the
responses to this article.

The mount is stamped metal which bolts on.  It looks like it has been
shimmed down a small amount, and I shall remove those when I get a chance,
but it does not look as though I will gain much.
