Don't be so quick here. The "personality" of the company
will be Sears, not K-Mart. Company name will be Sears
Holdings. Headquarters, Chicago. Many K-Mart stores will be
closed. The fellow who put this deal together bought
K-Mart at fire sale prices when they were bankrupt, but
was already a major Sears stockholder. Ask yourself:
If you owned both trademarks, which one would you push?
Despite the bad name Sears got for itself selling cr*ppy
Kenmore appliances in the 1970s...
