Low cost method for this: straight pipe to eliminate the front muffler
(resonator) and then either leave the stock rear, or replace the rear
with with a generic glass pack, like a Cherry Bomb (still eliminating
the front muffler.) It roars like this, but as I discovered the day I
sold it, it sounds much better outside the car than in. (No one but me
ever drove it.)
