My main advice is to build up, not out.

I.e.... Use that space over your head (both above and below the 
rafters/cross ties or whatever they're called that the "ceiling" screws 
to).  Make racks or whatever that bolt up there and can hold your scrap 
steel, wood, stuff you don't use often, etc.  Consider putting the air 
compressor in the attic, stuff like that.

Any place there isn't a window, there should be shelves or cabinets or peg 
board (yeech! :-), etc.

You can cheat your workbench & shelf depth a bit... Take 6" off what a 
"good" depth would be.  Maybe 1.5' deep shelves and 2.5' workbench top?

Park the car in the middle, and put stuff around it.  Make it into a 
single car workshop.  Obviously that means the Healy needs to move if its 
not the object of attention in the shop... :-)  Hopefully you have one 
door, not two.

20x20 is big enough to have a pretty good shop. with some planning/work.
