I am going back over there either today or tomorrow and I'll do some
more exploration.  However, Because much of the notices are Triumph
boilerplate, I think that it will be much better to condense the
material rather than scan it and put it out "AS-IS".  This will save a
great deal of bandwidth.

Also, I don't know if what I saw was the entire list of notices, but
they only went as far as sometime in the '60's.  I'll ask if there are
more and report back.

If it is not an overwhelming task (and I survive the decal project), I
may take this on myself.  I doubt Barry will want me to send the things
out beyond my control.  He has quite a collection of material on British
cars in general and Triumphs in particular.
