Leave it on the frame! This is your welding jig. If you don't you will
NEVER get the bolts to line up. If you aren't familiar with welding I
would recommend that you have someone weld that knows what they are doing.
This is not something to practice on. The sills are a structural item for
the body tub, and as such should be PROPERLY welded in. Brace the door
opening with something bolted on or welded in to retain alignment if you
are replacing the sills. Did I mention that you should LEAVE IT ON THE
FRAME! :-)
