Jeff,

I'd call them, then and ask them to mail you one.  Of course,  you pay
shipping.  Tell them you didn't realize it was free,  and bought a bundle of
things.

What kills me is that I was standing right at TRF's table, purchasing about
$100 worth of stuff for my car, without ever realizing that those books were
free!  I saw them on the table, even!  Arrgghhhh!
