Greetings all...
I was wondering if anyone who happened to have their Mk IV dash apart would
be so kind as to provide me with some measurements for the radio mounting
plate (My car being held hostage - details in message to follow)
The measurements I need are:
-How far apart the bolt-holes are (Centre to centre)
-How far from the top same holes are (I know, it's like 1/2 inch, but I'd
rather be right!)
-overall width
-overall height
-distance from the upper edge of the plate to the upper edge of the radio
"hole"
I am going to attempt to make a new plate for my new DIN cd player out of
MDF or plastic, with the same veneer and stain as my new wood dash... Just
something to kill time until the car comes back!
