To our UK based listers:
I have been noticing on some of the photos of new cars,
the front number plates have a blue band down one
side. I cannot make out what is in this band, and was
wondering for what it is used.
I have also noticed that in a series of photos of the new
(to the US) Freelander, it has black on red number plates.
Is this a 'manufacturer' plate? I remember the trades
plates from years ago were distinctly different.
