I've got into the terrible habit of knowing I get 432 miles out of a full tank
(not in the spitter) so I watch the trip odometer instead of fuel gauge. This
is great until I reset the odo and don't fill the car. Compound this with it
being an old diesel with a broken primer pump, and I'm starting to get my
money's worth out of the Automobile Association!
