Hello,

Just a quick intro to the list. I have a '74 Midget that I bought in 1995 from
a lady who owned it since about 1989 or so. Mechnically it was in sad shape,
but the body was nice (no rust) and it did run, so I bought it thinking it
would be a cheap project. WRONG! About $5k later, I now have a very nice
running car that has been extremely dependable for the past year or so. I
fitted it with a Weber DGV, Kent Cam, Mallory dual-point dizzy, a hot coil, as
well as the usual usual chrome valve cover and K&N chrome air filter. I put a
free-flow header and had a custom exhaust system put on (two glass packs, in
the traditional configuration) I look forward to sharing what little knowledge
I may have and, more importantly, getting my many questions answered.

I would very much like to re-do the interior. It is need of all new panels,
dash, carpet, and seats from the frame up. Is the kit that Vic Brit sells for
$900 worth it? Has anyone installed the complete interior kit they offer and,
if so, does it all fit correctly? Any other kits comparable?

Also, as with the majority of the listers here, my Midget leans noticeably on
the drivers side. I've gone through springs and shocks, are there any spacers
or anything similiar that can be slid in to raise the height of only one side
of the car?
                        Thanks in advance,
                        Richard
