New horns are something like $21 each from Moss.  You can get them
through George Merryweather for 25% less and with free shipping.  

When mine went, it was a lot easier and quicker to just buy new, and get
back on the road again.  If I ever get around to cleaning up and
repairing the old ones (if possible), I'll just keep them as spares.
