Hey guys,

As I am rebuilding engines in both the cars over the next couple months, the
desire for an impact wrench has been growing as I am stripping these old
engines down.

I know where there is an electric one at a pawnshop around the corner that
works, but it sounds like a bearing is going out. The reason I say this is
after it runs a few seconds, it starts making an chatter sound. If it is a
bearing, can they be replaced reasonably?

I can get it for $30, and that would be a lot nicer that $150+ for a new
one. Of course I could get an used air wrench and a tank for under $60.
None of this is in the budget right now, but I can use one on the 'vair this
weekend, and the Sprite in about a month. I'm sure for a tool like that,
repairs are probably more worthwhile than an old Craftsman drill, but I have
no experience in this area to go by.

Thanks,
Patton
