Congrats on your new purchase, hope the keys came. As for the front plate, the 
best
place for it is under the drivers seat. If you get pulled over for anything, 
pull it
out and prop it up on your windshield in front of the rear view mirror.

The drill goes like this,  1) see police car  2) fasten seat belt (if not 
already
done)  3)put front license plate on dash    4) pull over to the curb   
5)(females)
bat eye lashes at policeman and say coyly "officer, what ever did little 'ol me 
do
wrong???" followed by more eyelash batting   5b)(males) just sit there and look
stupid.
