Better get you "facts" corrected. I had PowerGlide in a 1959 4 door h/t
Impala with 283 & 4bbl that took Street Eliminator Trophy at dragstrip in
1960. SIX FOOT trophy!! (er, Dad found in trunk and was NOT happy but MY
name on car's title!)
PowerGlide "Was/Is" the most, IMHO, BULLIT PROOF tranny GM has EVER put
out. Over 90 in "Lo"!!
