Good lord Crash, who are you getting parts from? I'm keeping mine all 
original except the cam. Stock power I beleive is 53 hp or was it 48. If I 
were to put a bunch of high performance stuff on it then I would probley 
spend a bundle. My head is still good so I don't have to worry about that. If 
I were to figure up $3500.00 for a engine rebuild I would just go ahead and 
throw a 1275 w/rib case tranny in.
