We just finished putting "period style" seat belts in Marcy's '58 ZB
Magnette, and here's where we got them from:

Belts and hardware - Andover Automotive
http://www.andoauto.com/seat_belts.htm
Mounting Plates - Juliano's http://www.julianos.com/anchor_plate.html

The anchoring hardware that came with the belts looked a little
"lightweight" to me (Grade 5 bolts and big washers), so we got the
plates from Juliano's (heavy gauge steel plates with captive nuts and
Grade 8 bolts).

Hope that helps out.
