Paul, Buy the cheapest stand at Harbor Freight, then get a 2 ft piece of
pipe that fits in it and weld a flat piece of 1/8" steel on the end that you
can mount to the rear generator/alternator mount holes. You can then rotate
the engine on the stand 360 deg and mount everything except the genny/alt,
including flywheel, clutch, and tranny on the stand. I believe there is a
picture of this type of stand in Vizards book, or would this be a copyright
theft?
